How do I join a friend's crew?
Ask them to share the invite link from Group Settings → Share invite, or to give you the 6-character code. In the app, tap + on the Groups list → Enter invite code.
I deleted the app. Can I keep my data?
Uninstalling removes only the local copy. Your posts and media stay on our server until you explicitly delete the account from Profile → Data & privacy → Delete my account.
How do I stop notifications from one crew?
Open the crew → Settings (gear icon) → toggle Mute notifications. This is per-crew; other crews still notify you.
Why are posts read-only in a crew I'm in?
The crew's owner locked it. Posts, comments, reactions and polls go read-only; the photo album stays writable so you can still add pictures. The owner can unlock the crew at any time.
Can I use ionFriendicus on iPad or Mac?
The app is iPhone-first. It runs on iPad in iPhone-scaled mode, but layout and polish are optimized for iPhone.
How do I export my data?
Profile → Data & privacy → Export my data. You get a JSON document with every post, comment, reaction, bookmark and mention you've created.
Something doesn't work. What info helps?
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, the app version (Settings → About), and a short description of what you tapped and what happened. Screenshots if relevant.
